Beautiful land over 2 acres in the Rain Forest. This gently sloping lot, zoned A-2, gives plenty space for an amazing home site as well as multiple agricultural opportunities. A portion of the land was cleared a couple years ago and the land is very nice when cleared. The vegetation is coming back and there's plenty vegetation left at the property border for your privacy. It would be easy to open back up, and for now we've included photos from when the land was cleared. With the photos showing the clearing, you can see the large flat area, which is only a few yards from the road. Just 10 minutes away from breath-taking beaches and less than 3 miles from Frederiksted town for easy access.
