This updated Las Vegas home offers four private, single-occupancy bedrooms, central air conditioning, a shared kitchen, dining and living spaces, and on-site washer and dryer access. Utilities, Wi-Fi, linens and basic living essentials are provided. The host move-in fee is $100, plus applicable PadSplit fees shown at checkout. There is no separate program fee. Outdoor security cameras are present. Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are upstairs and require stairs. The planned room setup includes one Twin XL bed, a desk and a nightstand. Furniture may differ from the photo. Your bedroom stays private throughout your booking; no roommate will be added to your room. Room 2 is the primary bedroom with attached Bathroom 2. Rooms 1, 3 and 4 use the communal bathrooms. The home has three bathrooms total. HOUSEHOLD EXPECTATIONS No alcohol, recreational cannabis, illegal drugs or misuse of medication on the property. Prescribed medications, including medications for addiction treatment, are permitted and self-managed. Store medication securely and never share it. House meetings or check-ins and drug and alcohol testing are part of the house program. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.; there is no curfew. Clean kitchens and bathrooms after use, wash dishes promptly, respect labeled food and belongings, and keep shared spaces and exits clear. Do not share access codes or enter another resident’s room. Follow the posted PadSplit guest and smoking rules. The backyard includes a pool and covered outdoor space. This is substance-free housing with household accountability. No treatment, detox, clinical counseling or medical care is provided. Residents arrange their own care and support. Move-in is subject to PadSplit activation, room readiness and booking.
