Private room in 2 bedroom apartment in uppereast side on 78th street. It is a walk up building. No doorman. On the 2nd floor. Great location!! Close to bakery, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, and transportation. The room is small but can easily fit a queen bed and dresser and has a window that gets some natural light. There is a washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Whole apartment besides your room is furnished. But a lot of the furniture I have came from the previous owners so I have no issue replacing anything if you have a furniture piece you’d like to bring/ replace it with.
