Hi, I have an extra large bedroom with a private bath. I have a large house and a deck that runs the entire length of the house with patio furniture for six. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are totally remodeled. The bath has all new fixtures and tub, sink and toilet. You would have access to all the house, new washer/dryer and a garage to park your car in. The rent would be $1,000 a month for bedroom and private bath with all utilities paid including Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, Paramont, Britbox, cable and WiFi. The furniture is new and so is the TV in the room. I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There is an 82-acre park and wilderness with trails, waterfalls, and creeks behind my house.
