Hello, The bills are in my name. I forward a copy of the bills to my roommates. I only accept Zelle and or Venmo for rent and bill payments.☺️I am looking for clean & responsible person to share my home. If things work out, You would have the home to yourself because I live in Sacramento. I visit my home on the weekends every 2 - 4 weeks to check my mail, store my company tools in the garage, make home repairs as needed, etc. We would share the garage and storage space. I need someone trustworthy to live in my home. I will have professional cleaners clean my home periodically. The internet service is on me. I don’t allow satellite dishes. You would be responsible for electricity and water bills. If you’re still interested, we can schedule a date to look at the house and I will answer any questions that you may have.
