2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment in North Phoenix — Washer/Dryer In-Unit, Walk-In Closet, Two Full Baths. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/ff403cf093 ---- Two full bathrooms and your own washer and dryer. No quarters, no hallway, no negotiating over whose turn it is. This is a second-floor 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at 2330 W Lone Cactus in North Phoenix — 870 square feet, and all of it freshened up. Wood-style plank flooring end to end, crisp white walls, new lighting, and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Windows on both sides, so you get actual daylight and a view of something other than a wall. The kitchen's a galley that works like one: full-size range and fridge, a deep double sink, and enough counter to cook on instead of just reheat. Storage is the quiet win — a walk-in closet with built-in shelving, plus a linen closet by the front door. Central A/C, which in Phoenix isn't an amenity. It's the difference between July being fine and July being a problem. Twelve units in the whole building. You'll know your neighbors' names. Trash and landscaping are covered, water's billed back, and there's off-street parking included. Rent is $1,297. To qualify you'll need combined gross income of 2.5x the rent across all occupants — that's $3,243 a month. Maya can walk you through the rest of the criteria, and Alma will get you in for a first look.
