$500 /Month

Hello, me and my Boyfriend Joe have a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we want to have a roommate to take up our spare bedroom! The bathroom youll have is spacious and is shared between you and guests in the home, but we rarely have anyone here. Youll have your own room with 2 closets and a window. Our total rent is 1400/month and we want to charge 500/month to also offset the electricity/water bill here (so thats included in with your rent!). We have onsite garbage disposal, no in unit or on site laundry, (although we plan on buying a washer soon,) and our common areas are fully furnished. This includes the hallway, living room, balcony, & kitchen spaces. We ask that you put all of your food in your room, and do not eat ours except for if you need things like flour, sugar, milk or eggs. We also have a dog and while we do not care if you have guests over, if they are young ( ages 15 & below) please remember to tell us so we can put him away in our room because he hates kids. Our dog however is friendly with adults, cats, other dogs (he plays rough with bigger dogs and is much less rough with small dogs,) and rodents. We have a furnished kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, ect.) If you have your own pots and such we have some empty cabinets you can have so were keeping them separate because our pots and pans are a disaster. Your welcome to any of our cleaning supplies including our small carpet cleaner and shop vac. You can also use our fridge and label whats yours in there if you want.
