Amount, recency, current status, and documented mitigating circumstances are considered.<br /><br />Criminal History<br />Convictions are evaluated for a material risk to people or property, considering severity, recency, circumstances, and rehabilitation. Relevant offenses may include violence, sexual offenses, arson, burglary, serious intentional property damage, or unlawful drug manufacture or distribution. Arrests, charges without convictions, and sealed or expunged records are not grounds for denial.
