Investors take note, 2 family in a great Taunton neighborhood of mostly single family homes. This was originally a single but was converted to a 2 family many years ago.The home will need lots of updating and is reflected in the price. Public record is not accurate. A great opportunity to fix up live on the first floor and receive income from the second floor. Separate utilities as well. Close to schools and shopping. First floor wall was removed to eliminate one bedroom but could easily be changed back. Property to be sold as is.
