$1,800 /MONTH

Bright, airy, and full of character. This top-floor attic apartment features vaulted ceilings that make the space feel far larger than a typical one bedroom. Private outdoor space, in-unit laundry, and generous storage are all included — not the usual trade-offs you'd expect at this price point. Free off-street parking right out front. No hunting for spots, no permits, no drama. The building is quiet and well-maintained, with long-term tenants who actually stick around — which tells you something. Landlord is responsive and easy to work with. Cats welcome. No dogs. One bedrooms in West Roxbury are genuinely hard to find. This one has flexibility on move-in — could be as soon as a week out or pushed a month or two if you need some extra time. Move-In Costs + Fees: First Month Rent: $1,800 Security Deposit: $1,800
