2BR at 1400 Wabash. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/212edac09f ---- 1400 Wabash is a Greystar building in the South Loop that keeps things refreshingly straightforward, with a rooftop deck, a fitness center, and a resident lounge with a demonstration kitchen that's handy when you want to cook for a crowd. Floor plans run the full range from studios up to penthouses, so it works whether you're solo or need a real bedroom or two. You're about a 5-minute walk from Overflow Coffee and a 4-minute walk from Coliseum Park, with Victory Tap and Weather Mark Tavern close by for a beer. The Roosevelt train stop is about 8 minutes out, and there's a Jewel-Osco a 4-minute walk away for groceries.
