1BR at Noca Blu. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/f5167e209f ---- Noca Blu is a newer Logan Square spot that leans into shared space: there's a rooftop terrace with a grilling pavilion, a clubhouse with a fireplace and billiards, plus bocce courts and a fitness center, and the apartments come with stainless appliances and in-unit washer/dryer. You're a three-minute walk from coffee at Cafe Mustache and about a five-minute walk from Emporium Arcade Bar, with Spilt Milk and The Heavy Feather close by and Haas Park a couple minutes out. The California Blue Line stop is about a five-minute walk, so getting downtown is easy; just know there's no major grocery chain within an easy walk, so you'll lean on smaller markets for everyday runs.
