2BR at The Van Der Rohe. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/07b693609f ---- The Van Der Rohe is a 15-story 1951 high-rise in Lakeview that has aged well, with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, granite-and-cherry kitchens, and a genuinely massive 12,000 square foot outdoor deck where you can grill and actually spread out, plus a heated parking garage and a 24-hour gym. It sits a block off the lakefront (about a 2 minute walk), so morning runs along the water are easy, and you can grab a quick coffee at HERO Coffee Bar a minute away or end the night at Duffy's Tavern. The Wellington Brown Line stop is about 19 minutes out for your commute, and a Mariano's is roughly a 10 minute walk for full grocery runs.
