You can grab a morning coffee at Fried Egg Cafe a few minutes away, wander over to La Pharmacie for a drink, and Edgewater Historic Park is about an eight minute walk with Foster Beach a bit further down. The Bryn Mawr Red Line stop is about an eight minute walk for getting downtown, and there's a Whole Foods about seventeen minutes out for the real grocery runs.
