Jr 1BR at MILA. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/1ecbdf30a2 ---- MILA is a glassy Loop high-rise where the views do a lot of the talking, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the units and a 41st-floor study plus a Skye lounge that put you well above the river. The rooftop pool and sundeck with cabanas are the real draw in summer, and there's a serious fitness center with a yoga studio and even a dog run and grooming station if you've got a pet. You're a minute from Starbucks, four minutes from the Chicago Riverwalk, and steps from spots like Commons Club, with the State/Lake train stop a quick four-minute walk. Mariano's is about ten minutes off when you need a real grocery run.
