1BR at The Shelby, Unit 617. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/9b750e40a4 ---- The Shelby is a smaller, low-key South Loop building (under 100 units) where the apartments come with the stuff that actually matters day to day: high ceilings, stainless appliances, big soaking tubs, walk-in closets, and your own private balcony in select layouts. The shared spaces are genuinely useful too, with a clubroom and lounge that has a full kitchen, flat screens, and a pool table, plus a fitness center, bike storage, and an attached secured parking garage. You can grab coffee at Starbucks four minutes away, walk to Bar 22 or VU Rooftop Bar for a drink, and reach The Park at NTA or a Wintrust Arena event in about nine. The Cermak-McCormick Place stop is a seven-minute walk for the Green Line, and the nearest big grocery run is the Mariano's about twenty-one minutes out.
