2BR at Wolf Point East, Unit 1101. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/b5a3fb10a4 ---- Wolf Point East is a soaring Pelli Clarke Pelli tower right where the Chicago River bends, with apartments starting up on the 27th floor so you get those wide-open river, lake, and skyline views. The amenity floors are genuinely strong here: an indoor/outdoor pool with a south-facing sundeck, a full-floor fitness club, and a sports lounge with a golf simulator and billiards, plus a four-acre riverfront park with cherry blossoms right at the base. You can grab a Blue Bottle Coffee in about a minute, wander down to the Wolf Point Riverwalk just outside the door, or hit Gilt Bar and Flight Club nearby. The Merchandise Mart CTA stop is about a 6-minute walk, and the closest big grocery run is the Jewel-Osco about 15 minutes away.
