1BR at AMLI 900, Unit 1108. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/a422a260a4 ---- AMLI 900 is a LEED-certified South Loop high-rise where the apartments lean genuinely loft-like, some with exposed concrete ceilings and spiral ductwork, plus floor-to-ceiling windows pulling in skyline views and a washer/dryer in every unit. The standout is up top: a rooftop sundeck with an outdoor fireplace and a billiards lounge, and at ground level there's a resident park with an organic garden and one of the bigger dog runs around. You're a few minutes from Dearborn Park and a quick walk to coffee at Starbucks plus bars like First Draft and Vitology. The Roosevelt CTA stop is about ten minutes on foot and there's a Trader Joe's roughly twelve minutes away.
