OPEN HOUSE SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18th from 11-1. Have you dreamed of owning a home less than 12 minutes from the Beautiful Beaches of Wells in a peaceful country setting? Look no further than 8 Spruce Lane! This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath Colonial Style home has been meticulously maintained and is located in an established neighborhood. The home offers an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room area perfect for entertaining all in one space. The eat in kitchen offers a pantry, lots of counter and cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and a 2 level bar area that can accommodate 3-4 chairs. There is a sliding door off the kitchen and dining area leading out to your new back deck and fenced in private back yard! The home offers white oak hardwood floors in the living and dining room area and a propane fireplace as the focal point in the living room. There is also a 1/2 bath that could easily be converted to a full bathroom and a large entryway on the first floor of the home offering double closets. The second floor of the home offers 3 bedrooms (one with an adorable window seat) and a full bathroom. The dry basement is where the washer and dryer are located along with the newer forced hot water baseboard heating system thru oil and a doghouse style door leading to the back yard. Two things I love about this home is all the natural light coming into the home from both the first and second floors along with the covered farmers porch on the front of the home allowing you a quiet space to enjoy the front yard. The home also offers an attached 2 car garage with unfinished storage space above the garage just waiting for your ideas. Come take a peek at this home only minutes to all that Wells has to offer, you won't be disappointed!
