A wonderful corner unit on the top floor, which means light from more than one side all day and nobody living above you. The main level runs open from the living room through the dining room to the kitchen, so it actually works for having people over. Hardwood throughout and in excellent shape. The kitchen and baths have been well kept, and nothing needs doing. Both bedrooms are upstairs on their own floor, along with an oversized full bath with a double vanity. Laundry is up there too, in the hall between the bedrooms and steps from the bath, so no hauling baskets up and down stairs. Two parking spaces. Large porch off the front that gets the afternoon and evening sun.Four-unit building, quiet and well-maintained, with your own heat, central air, and hot water.
