The property provides access to desk space in a study room in which you must take all belongings after use. Or you can rent a designated private workspace. Other rooms in the house include a Film and Music Recording Room, a Gym Room, a Game Room, a Theater Room that seats 12 people, and a Party Room. Furthermore, we do our best to provide everything you need during your stay: cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, AAA service, and even communal bicycles. Also included is the fastest internet possible, 1000s of internet and satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, Netflix, and Hulu. We even have DAILY MAID SERVICE. There is a washer and dryer on-site. Located in the heart of downtown LA, the atmosphere of the neighborhood is very lively.
