harvey stein (Has an Apartment). (The first photo is a photoshop my 18 yr old son made!! We don't have a large gorilla sculpture in the livingroom, but everything else is accurate!) This is a typical Upper East Side place, 2BR - I am in one, and we're looking for someone to be in the other bedroom, for the entire month of October. The apartment is very clean, very modern. Parquet wood floors. We have a very high quality bed for you. Third Floor walkup. I am in the other bedroom - I am either working quietly in my room, or in the library across the street working there. Each person has a large closet. Have lived here for 10 months. It's a cool and very clean neighborhood. My fave is the walks, day or night, on the East River (1 minute from our apt). Buses are super convenient, walk to subway not too far. Lots of cool cafes, Trader Joe's 10 minute bus ride, other discount stories closer. Library branch across the street - great place to work for a change. There's a very clean laundromat - only for residents of these buildings - down the block.
