Katie (Has a House). Our adult family of 4 & 2 small/medium dogs has a decently sized upstairs room available in our 6 bedroom home. The room has a mini kitchen, tv, tv-tray & chair for eating at or working from, double closets, new vinyl plank flooring and rugs, brand new bed & bedding. Both bathrooms are shared, clawfoot bathtub with shower wand is upstairs. Access to covered front porch, livingroom, diningroom, laundryroom's large capacity washer & dryer, kitchen & yard with patio, gas firepit & BBQ. Proof of income & background check required as well as an interview. We are kind & somewhat nerds, LGBTQIA & BIPOC friendly, blending well with our personalities is a must. Mininmum stay is 30 days & on a month to month basis, which we may terminate at will. You are expected to be respectful & honest, cleaning up after yourself in a timely manner, including shared cleaning of bathrooms, any mess you make in common areas & taking out the trash as needed. All utilities are included. First & last month's rent & a cleaning/security deposit are required up front.
