I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2br / 1bath Williamsburg apartment 12/1 (potentially sooner if needed). It's a spacious apartment with tons of natural light. The available room would need to be furnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. This is a second floor corner unit in an elevator building with central heat and AC, a dishwasher, and plenty of closet space throughout, while the building also has a gym and laundry, bike rooms and storage units available, a furnished roof deck with great views, and a parking garage for an additional fee. It is about 5 minutes walking to the J/M (at Hewes St) and G trains (at Broadway), and just under 10 minutes from the L train as well (at Lorimer St), plus a CitiBike dock immediately downstairs. Convenient location near a bunch of restaurants, bars, cafés, grocery stores, and more. Rent is $2167/month but definitely worth it - I've been loving living here for nearly 5 years.
