Hello, I'm looking to rent the spare room in my apartment. It's located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. It's large and sunny and currently furnished. There's also a nice backyard. The rent is $1500 per month and includes all utilities, Internet, TV, and some basic household goods. l am a very busy full-time working musician (I don't practice or play in the apartment). I'm gone most evenings, and spend at least three nights a week at my girlfriend's place in Brooklyn. I'm very clean, quiet, considerate, and a good communicator. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.
