The room: Private room with high ceilings Furnished (twin bed, sofa, fridge, fan) 2 closets Sunny, clean space with white walls, wooden floors, plants if you wish The home: 3-bedroom apartment, max 2 people total 2nd floor, small quiet building on Main Street Very Near Weston GO station, bus stop, Humber Park, laundry mat and restaurants/cafés Included: Internet, heat, hydro, household supplies Shared kitchen (dishes, pots provided) We can share meals if that works for both of us, and cleaning Supplies What I'm looking for: Clean and low maintenance Working person or professional Respectful, quiet, no need for drama Respects privacy and boundaries No heavy smells like curry daily, sry! Details: $930 a month when you stay 12 months- can be lower if you do more cleaning. First + last month required 12-month minimum- fewer months is more inconvenient and can result in higher rent.
