Hey everyone !!!! My name is Giulia Abraham and I am looking for a female roommate in their 20s to fill a spot in my 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home. Rent is $1900/month + utilities. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach and close to Main Street. The bedroom available has an ocean view, private bathroom and attached balcony. There is a second large balcony with an ocean view off the living room / kitchen as well. I graduated from Westmont College this past May and moved to Huntington Beach for work. I am very clean and organized and appreciate living with someone who is as well. In my free time I like to get coffee, explore farmers markets, grab dinner or drinks with friends, do something active like biking, spikeball and beach volleyball, watch movies and play cards or board games !!
