Alysse&Ashlynn (Has a House). Hi! We are currently living in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house near SDSU. 3 of our roommates are not planning to resign the lease, as they will be studying abroad next year. We (Alysse&Ashlynn) are planning to resign the lease, and we are looking for 3 girls to fill the bedrooms. The smallest room is $600 a month, the middle sized room $800, and the biggest room $950. All three bedrooms share a bathroom. The 2 smallest rooms do not have a closet, but our current roommates made it work with racks/dressers/underbed storage. The biggest available room does have a closet. We love the house! Its a very nice house with no carpet, a decent sized kitchen, a backyard, and a garage. If you are interested, we can send you more photos. About us: Ashlynn&Alysse will both be college juniors next year. They both love to be active, including yoga and walks. Also, Alysse loves to surf and Ashlynn loves to cook. Alysse works as a surf instructor and as a journalist. Ashlynn is focusing on her studies. They both party, but usually only on weekends (and not every weekend). They also both smoke, but are respectful of those who dont. Please let us know if you have any questions about us or the house.
