This is a short term stay and you are responsible for your own toiletries, silverware, dish soap and purchase of a mini refridgerator. The home fridge cannot be utilized. You can use the microwave or purchase your own for your room. Rental agreement is from June until September 1st. No guest... smoking is allowed as long as the window is open and air freshener is sprayed afterwards...quiet time is from 8pm until 9am.. internet is included in rent ..water and electric is not we require $50 towards electric at least one time out of the month. Payments can be made via Cash app or Venmo.
