Daryl (Has an Apartment). 1st floor apt on street side but elevated from the sidewalk so not directly on street level. Bedroom has a full wall of wide windows and is on the street side. The monthly rent for the apt is $3500 till March and if we renew for another year, it will be $3600 between the 2 of us. So up until March 2024, rent will be split between us 2 at $1750, then if we renew, $1800 the next year. The landlord requires a personal meeting and $100 fee for the background check. My current roommate has moved out already and would like to get her deposit and part of the brokers fee back. You would have to pay an additional $1750 for rent deposit and $1550 (it was $2625 per person when we moved in so she took 5 months off) for the brokers fee.
