Jesse Valdez (Has a House). Looking for a couple to move into the primary room on February 1st 2024 in North Highlands in Madison Manor. Would like to find a couple that is open to splitting the rent three ways ($445 per person) water included, deposit is $1000 & pet deposit is $250, application fee is $35 must have good credit 650 or higher. This does go through a property management. I am not the owner and definitely not affiliated in anyways with the property management! (Leu real estate)- LGBTQIA friendly household- Primary room has its own bathroom and shower- Large backyard- Decent size kitchen- garage with washer and dryer- fireplace - Pet negotiable (I have one cat, but ok with someone with another pet if it's a good fit)- somewhat furnished place ( couch, chair with ottoman, dining room table, and chairs)- Quiet neighborhood, but close to the freewayI have been living at this place since the summer of 2020, I have gone through a few roommates since and always had positive interactions. Preferably not looking for a couple into the party scene.
