Looking for a new roommate at a very sunny apartment in East Williamsburg (near Sternberg Park). I've been in the building for 3 years now and one of my roommates is moving so my roommate, Andrew, and I are looking to fill the room! The building is great - everyone is very nice (we all know each other and like to hang out) and the apartment is in good shape and well maintained. +#13; +#13; We have a pretty large private roof deck in addition to a shared roof space, both of which are used a lot. Andrew and I enjoy having people over on weekends, so someone social would be a plus, but definitely respectful when privacy is preferred. The common spaces are furnished but open room is not furnished. We also keep the fourth bedroom open as a shared office space, which we all use 2-3 days a week. The room will be open as of July 1. Rent seems to be significantly lower than adjacent buildings as this is a rent stabilized building. +#13; +#13; Let me know if you're interested! Would love to chat
