My name is Andrew and I have a room available starting on 1/15/26 in East Williamsburg.+#13; +#13; A little bit about the space:+#13; $1719 / month + utilities+#13; 3 bed / 1.5 bath+#13; We only have 3 people living here at a time, the 4th bed is used as a shared office space+#13; Laundry in building+#13; Duplex apartment with private deck+#13; AC units in each room+#13; Close to the L, G, JMZ train lines+#13; +#13; A little bit about myself/roommates:+#13; Me (Andrew) - 26. Been living here for the last 3 years, but moving in with my partner and want to find someone to take over the space!+#13; +#13; Paul. A designer who just graduated from Pratt with my MFA in Interior Design. Originally from Boston MA, been living in East Williamsburg for the past 4 years. Really into running, hiking, yoga (basically any way to stay moving). Did crossfit for a bit and have tried a number of sports/exercise routines etc. A big audiophile and have a growing vinyl collection.+#13; +#13; Logan. Works in advertising, originally from Texas. Been in the apartment for the last 1.5 years.+#13; +#13; We're easy going and respectful and like to get to know the people I live with. Generally pretty quiet during the week but down to have a good time on the weekend. Always open to having people over and looking forward to making new friends in Brooklyn!
