Stan (Has a Condo). This is a top notch property that has great staff and maintenance. I have lived her for a year now and I love it here and enjoy being close to so many amenities. There are two pools, two hot tubs, two workout centers, and even hammocks on the property. I am currently in a one bedroom with an attached garage. I am moving to the other side of the property in a two bed two bath, deck/patio and it has a double car garage. I am close to the airport, interstate 80 and only a few minutes to downtown.I have decided to get a two bed/bath unit due to the cost of rent. I figured I would get a roommate and we would have a very nice place and split the rent to keep costs down for both.I am a single guy who has a professional career that I love. I am very laid back guy that has a drama free life and I will keep it that way. I am a great communicator and very easy to get along with others. We would split the rent between us as well as the internet and electricity bills. Electricity averages $60-$100 and internet is $80 a month. Rent will be around $750 to $800 a month each. I won't have the exact amount until I choose which unit to move into. I am very open minded and non-judgmental and welcome anyone in the LGBTQ lifestyle.
