Krista (Has a House). We have one bedroom upstairs available for rent in a 5bd/3ba house with pool. The room has a twin bed, dresser, wall sized closet with mirror doors and tv. The furniture could be cleared out, if you have your own. You would share the upstairs bathroom (tub/shower) with one other roommate. A linen closet/space in the hall for use, if needed. Utilities IncludedWasher/DryerWiFi IncludedParking on street.Bus stop at driveway.Backyard deck with seating/fire-pit/lights.Removable fencing around pool.Common/shared areas are open to all for use. We require all to clean up after themselves and be respectful and courteous to each other. You would have your own space in kitchen cupboards and space in the second fridge in the garage. Occupants:Female 54 - I have a full time job during the week. I have been doing foster care for many years (mostly teens). My final two young ladies are off to college and into their own apartments. This is leaving a room open. I thought Id rent it out and take in some me time at this time. Male 30 - Downstairs bedroom, works full time, usually in and out (often) and keeps to himself. There is a bathroom on first floor that he shares with company.Male 21 - Upstairs bedroom, works graveyard full time. Quiet & friendly demeanor and is rarely seen. You would share the bathroom with him. Male 21 - Upstairs bedroom, works full time, random hours and days. He stays mostly in his room, kind, content and to himself. You may hear him more than you see him (online gaming, sometimes late). A Spoiled Dog, Female 4yo Lab Mix - I am still working on training and socializing. She loves belly rubs and attention. Otherwise, she can be found waiting for me to come home. I have a bearded dragon as well. *No additional pets allowed. We all do our own thing, have mutual respect and communicate to keep the house functioning. We have get togethers with family and friends, periodically, where you are welcome to join or opt out. Not all join in, which is totally cool. *Ie: holidays, birthdays or fight watch parties. No ragers, but open to respectful hangouts. Unfortunately, I get migraines, so please no smoking in house.
