Includes office area, stairs, living room and bedroom (shorter ceilings, but someone under 6 ft can easily walk through) $650/month (available aug 1) plus $100 for utilities. Requires first month, last month and a $600 deposit $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. payment plan ok for last and deposit. If this is still up, it's not officially rented. Application processed through associated ministries-- if housing with us doesn't work, they can help find another. Background check required.
