Jordan (Has a House). Hi all, This listing will be for taking over my part of the rental agreement at this current place. It is currently on month to month with two roommates (excluding myself). Rent is each with a variable roughly 980 or so depending on bills. Both roommates here currently are fairly night oriented. Both are gamers and enjoy spending time hanging out in the living room and watching things. They are also both fairly laid back and work in the area. I am only moving due to a new job opportunity, and am looking to move out anytime after roughly April 10th (pending approval for a new apartment). I am aiming to get someone of a similar mindset, pretty laid back, friendly, and pets are fine as long as you're willing to pay the pet rent or have an ESA. A few last notes, I helped with yardwork and did dishes, though people around the house would often help. Both roommates are neurodivergent so keep it in mind. Also any move in is pending ***APPROVAL FROM THE LEASING AGENCY*** House is less than a minute drive from both intel campuses in Hillsboro, as well as two parks and just about any food/grocery related place you can think of. Great location for exploring Hillsboro.
