I offer a private room with a key in a shared apartment with myself and my two calm and affectionate cats . The apartment is well located, about 20 minutes from the beach and Alicante city center, with shops, public transport, and a local market very close by. The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator, and is cool and quiet. The room (approx. 3 x 2 m) has a double bed, desk, shelves, drawers, hangers, a fan, and a window overlooking an interior courtyard, making it very peaceful. Common Areas: The bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.) are shared. I provide soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The living room is not a shared area. About Living: I'm looking for a respectful, independent, and cat-loving person. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. We will be living in the apartment with two people and two cats. I enjoy helping newcomers, so I can offer recommendations about Alicante: food, neighborhoods, transportation, culture, and local activities.
