Responsible tenants wanted! Welcome to this newly built (in 2024) legal basement suite in Southwood. Less than a 10 minute walk to Anderson Station and Southcentre Mall, and situated on a corner, the location is perfect for those who transit or those who may need additional parking. The suite is both new and features larger-than-required windows, an extra-large hot water tank, dishwasher, additional storage within the suite itself (two closets in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom), and a private outdoor shed for your skis, bike, or other items. All of the outdoor maitenance (shovelling, lawn mowing) as well as high-speed internet is included. The backyard area and laundry are shared with the upstairs tenants. As mentioned above, rent is $1300/month with 40% of the utilities (as the upstairs tenant pays 60%).
