Our splendid 200 m2 residence comprises seven generously sized rooms, averaging 17 m2 each, featuring private bathrooms alongside approximately 30 m2 of inviting common areas. Rent encompasses a comprehensive array of services to elevate your living experience, including water and electricity (with a 40/month allowance), WiFi internet, thrice-weekly cleaning of common areas, bi-weekly room and bathroom cleaning, as well as bi-weekly sheet and towel changes. Moreover, we provide repair and replacement services for your peace of mind, with round-the-clock service hours. The common areas feature a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living room, fostering camaraderie and convenience. The house is equipped with all the essentials for daily living, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, pots, pans, complete kitchen utensils, two large-capacity refrigerators with freezers, a washing machine, and a television. There is an admin fee payable at move-in equal to 5% of the total contract value (e.g. for a 6 month stay admin fee is calculated as 1200*6*0.05 = 360) Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
