Within a five-minute drive there is the LA ZENIA BOLEVAR commercial center and the HABANERAS shopping center, Torrevieja tennis and yacht clubs, and within a radius of only a few kilometers there are Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca golf clubs. A great place to walk.

The price per week of rent depends on the season and is:

60 euros per day or 420 per week in low season,

85 per day or 595 per week in the average season,

180 euros per day or 1,260 per week in high season.

200 euros a deposit, which is refundable, subject to the safety of the property

final cleaning 95 euros, paid 1 time upon arrival.
