The other bedroom also has access to the terrace, and has a closet and shelves. The second bathroom has a bathtub. The exposed wooden beams on the ceiling throughout the apartment give a very cozy feel to the space. The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating and wifi. *The neighborhood:* The apartment is located in Carrer de Alcolea, 6 minutes from Sants station (L3/L5). This is the main train station of the city, where you can take trains to national and international destinations. A 7 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. It is also very well supplied in the surrounding area with all kinds of stores such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Approximately 17 minutes away you will find the busy Plaza España with tourist attractions such as the fountains of Montjuic and the National Art Museum of Catalonia, and the Arenas shopping center. The nearest metro station is "Plaça del Centre" (L3), a 5-minute walk away.
