This flat is ideal for 6 people, nevertheless, this Minty Stay apartment can host up to 7 guests, including its sofa-bed. The m(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite complete bathroom with shower plate, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have two individual beds each. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The property has an american kitchen fully equipped with every needed home appliances: fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, glass ceramic, cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: baby cot, working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining room or living room, with with everything you need to like at home. The living room has two sofas and flat screen TV. During winter days, several radiators will keep the place warm. As for the summer, you may control the temperature with a ducted air conditioner system. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 300/month.
