RENTAL CONDITIONS: Contracts are fortnightly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and the 15th of a given month, the whole month must be paid. Nevertheless, if you sign a contract between the 16th and the 30th of a given month, just half a month must be paid. Check-in time: 14:00h - 19:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) Check-out time: 9:30h - 12:00h (from Monday to Friday, working days) Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80.
