If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent; If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent; If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month; If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent; 2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests. 3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one month + VAT 4 - Deposit: 1.5 monthly rent 5- Utilities: A fixed fee of 95 per month 6 - Fees: Cleaning fee: 80 + VAT 7 - Administrative Management, Contract preparation: 170 + VAT 8 - Internet fee: Included After your reservation will be confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes.
