Nice apartment in the center of Seville, located in the neighborhood of San Julian, which is part of the old part of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet, almost pedestrian street. Two steps from the medieval monastery of Santa Paula and very close to the Palacio de las Dueñas. The accommodation, of 45m2, is perfect for a maximum of 3 people and consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room and the bedroom have access to a quiet patio with garden furniture where you can have a drink in peace and quiet. The apartment has iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Swedish, Norwegian). The American kitchen, of vitroceramic, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
