The apartment is located on the 6th flood in a building with an elevator. Fortnightly cleaning of common areas and utilities up to 50 are included in the rental price. Please note that bookings are done by semesters of 5 months: from September to January or from February to June. If the semester has already started the minimum stay could shorter.
