AM1H4 A cozy private room in a shared flat for students. This apartment is located on the 1st floor (real 3rd floor) of a historic walk-up building on the heart of the Gothic Quarter. It is very well connected as it is in the center of the city. Only 7 minutes away from Las Ramblas where you can find L3 Liceu and 9 minutes away from L4 Jaume I. This cozy room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. The flat has 4 private rooms, two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50 for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access - shared WiFi).
