This xxecutive apartment, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 50sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom The building has intercom and an elevator. The flat can host up to 4 guests. Main bedroom has a double bed & an independent bathroom with sower, whereas second bedroom has two individual beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, microwaves, dishwasher & vitroceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a sofa with 3 seats, crib and flat screen TV. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a conduit AC equipment. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 200/month.
