The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: A suite type room, with 2 single beds, closet and desk; a room with bunk bed and closet; and a third room with 2 single beds and closet. These last 2 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. *The neighborhood:* Its location is perfect, in the sought after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential. The apartment is located in Bruc street, 3 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Urquinaona (L4), 7 minutes from Plaza de Catalunya, the center of Barcelona, where you will find not only endless gastronomic options and shopping but also metro and train lines; 7 minutes away is also located Plaza Tetúan (L2), the visited Arc de Triomf (L1) and the Citadel park; and 12 minutes away is the Nord Station, which is the main bus station with national and international connections.
